Co-led a turn-around process at Richland School from a level 1 to a level 5 school for 2 years.

Co-chaired a three-year industry and education partnership with Magneti Marelli providing our students in Giles County internships, summer camps, and industry tours

Lead the District in county-wide ACT Day where all 8th-11th graders participate in practicing for the ACT. K-8th graders were encouraged to implement ACT practice questions and highlight the importance of ACT throughout their schools as a part of college and career readiness.

Lead District in implementation of 5th grade College Experience Day at Martin Methodist

Co-led industry and education partnership tour for all 12th graders. Each student toured Martin College, TCAT, Magneti Marelli, Elderman, Saragummi, and Richland LLC.

Lead School Counselors in 8th grade transition and planning nights for high school.

Increased the CTE courses students were taking at Richland School within one year.

Led the district in re-writing attendance policy to increase student attendance in Giles County.

Led the district in creating a Student Support Team to help write attendance policy and develop a progressive truancy intervention plan.

Promote new policies and initiatives to parents and community through open house events

Co-led district in the development of pacing guides for Math and English

Led the implementation of benchmark testing to monitor growth throughout the standards
